Blip Blop Blook
Hello world! I am officially done playing catch-up! I had a bunch of stuff that I wanted to talk about from the end of the year, and I think it kinda made me feel a little behind the times. All is good-ish, although I am super exhausted and my life is constantly crazy. (You would think I would get used to it, but nope).Look forward to a lot of photos in the future, because something about summer makes me want to post photos. I thought I would share a poem draft with you today, hope you like it! (If you can come up with a new title PLEASE let me know)
The Gamble
It was not a crazy rompus, just a game of cards
The goblet was filled with the red she
wished her lips could be,'the night was young, and,
she thought she was beautiful she
thought her servants did too
they tossed down their cards, haphazard
she couldn't taste the poison in their eyes
until she had sipped it from their crystal glass she
thought they knew her
gold earrings and pearls indicated how she should be cared for when
she dropped to the floor she imagined the scoffs the others would make
The servants would grab her jewels when her body signaled her last breath, she
prayed, as she died, that no one would find her
